Every day you can participate in talks and advice on how to adapt the body to the aquatic environment.
Among these practices will be the practice of yoga, meditation techniques and breathing exercises, this improves our bodily abilities, you will be able to hold your breath longer than you thought possible or improve your current abilities.
All this with the support of an instructor to do it correctly. We'll go over safety issues and hit the water!
Once in the water, it's time to enjoy! At the buoy there will always be adequate security to dive with confidence and to be able to perform the exercises correctly.
